TWO AMUSING FROCKS.
The young Duchess of Westminster’s new evening dresses have the long skirt of the moment, with the snugfitting hipline. Many of the dresses have boleros, and those which have not have a scarf arrangement or a short coatee. An evening frock of a rose-pink and black crepe de chine resembles a pink blotting-paper on which a pen and ink sketch has been traced. The design is one of flowers and leaves. Another toilette of beige and brownchecked velvet resembles coffee on which the slabs have been marked with a knife. IVORY NECKLACE. An exquisite necklace which wiJl suit the fair, rather fragile-looking woman, is composed of ivory. The ivory is made into the form of rosebuds of various sizes, the largest in the middle of the necklace and smaller blossoms at each side. The flowers are •white, with shaded pink centres, and the finished necklace would look very well worn with a pink and white evening gown.
