FRANCO-GERMAN AUGUST PILGRIMAGE. (United Press Association—By Eiectrlo Tel egraph—Copyrigh t.) (Received April 10, 10.30 p.m.) PARIS, April 10. "Le Matin” states that M. Briand participates in the August battlefields pilgrimage, with 10,000 French and German ex-service men, who after touring the regions where they fought, each will take a solemn oath to "banish war from the human conscience.” The German Reichstag president also participates.
