BYRD EXPEDITION.
CLAIM FOR ANTARCTIC LAND. (United Press Association—By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright.) WASHINGTON, March 15. Acting-Secretary Cotton, of the State Department, to-day expressed the view that the intention of Admiral Byrd not to claim Antarctic lands he had discovered was not considered binding upon the American Government.
