TARIFF REVISION
AN ALLEGED LEAKAGE. (United Press Association—By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright.) CANBERRA, March 17. So great were the clearances from bond last week that the Custom collections reached the record amount of £2,266,917. Some concern is said to prevail in official circles regarding an apparent leakage of tariff information, resulting in heavy withdrawals of goods from bond, coincidentally with the decision to table a new schedule of duties.
