UNEMPLOYMENT
POSITION IN GERMANY. (United Press Association—By Electrlo Telegraph—Copyright.) BERLIN, March 16. Increasing protracted unemployment resulted in heavy municipal deficits. The unemployed do not receive relief till they had State unemployed insurance for six months. The present defificits are owing to granting aid to workless:—Berlin, £4,500,000; Hamburg, £1,550,000; Munich, £80,000; Cologne, £600,000; Dortmund, £475,000; Dresden, £250,000; Frankfurt, £240,000; Dusseldorf, £170,000.
