The collection of miniature models of anything and everything, from animals to pot of flowers and midget rock gardens, is fashionable again. At the moment the elephants carved most exquisitely from small blocks of cloudy amber, and dolphins from cornelian, and various other beasties from rose quartz and crystal collect a crowd of admirers.
