The Royal heads of Monaco are again in difficulties. It is announced that the hereditary Princess Charlotte is determined to obtain a separation from Prince Pierre, who has again quitted Monaco, leaving two children in the custody of the. Duchess of Vendome at Cannes. Princess Charlotte has returned here, but the Chamberlain and the ladies-in-waiting, not desiring to be mixed up in an intrigue have resigned. It is reported that the Prince is also moving for a separation and the custody of the children. These matrimonial troubles coincide with a renewal of dissensions in the principality. Prince Luis, the present ruler, has dissolved the National Council and new elections will take place on March 9th.
