LADY HEATH SECURES SECOND PLACE. (United Press Association -By Electrlo Telegraph—Copyright.) NEW YORK, August 27. In the Women’s Fifty Miles Air Race, Mrs Keith Miller was named winner, when Miss Omlie was disqualified, as was Miss Amelia Earhart. Second place went to Lady Heath, and third to Mrs Blanche Noyes, of Cleveland. Mrs Miller's time was 30min. 23sec and Lady Heath’s time 51min 51sec.
