Celebrations In Mgscow. WORLD REVOLUTION PLANNED. (United Pram Association—By Eleetrla Telegraph—Copyright.) (“The Times. ’*) (Received March 4, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, March 3. The Riga correspondent of “ The Times” says that Moscow to-day is celebrating the tenth anniversary of th© foundation of Red International, with numerous demonstrations and meetings. Th© newspapers publish forty new officially prescribed revolutionary slogans and inscriptions for banners and placards, the first of which hails tho Red International as organisers of the world revolution. Tho newspaper “Pravda” congratulates tho International on ten years of ruthless war without a minute’s cessation, producing important strikes and riots in numerous countries in Europe, North and South America, India, and elsewhere. It declares that th© International now possesses firmly established centres in fifty-seven countries, and will go on to still greater victories.
