WELLINGTON, May 2 Figures supplied by the Telegraph Department show tardiness in the renewal of rad'o licenses this year, that is if the licenses are going to be renewed. • Twenty-five potr cent of the receiving licenses have not yet been renewed. The figures in the four cities are os follows: Licensed on March 31, renewed at April 30— Auek’and ... ... 13922—10087 Wellington 15077—10751 Christchurch 2331 — 1808, Dunedin 2331 — 1868 On March 31, 1727 dealers’ licenses were in force., and the number applied for and recorded in the head office on April 30 was only 829. This defin'ency is not likely to be wholly caught up, as manv smaller dealers have gone out of business.
