PRICES AT WANGANUI. By Telegraph —Pres* Association. WANGANUI, March 21. The fourth AVanganui wool sale was held to-day. Prices were up Id on last month’s sale, and in some cases reached lid to 2d. A representative bench of buyers was present, and bidding was kee n . Most of the wool went to BradfCTd and the Continent. Following is the range of prices: Fine X-bred 4 6/48— Super, 15d to 16id. Average, 13d to 15d. Inferior, lid to 13d. Medium X-bred, 44/46 — Super, 14d to 15d. Average, 123 d to 13Ad. Inferior, lid to 12id. Coarse X-bred, 40/44 — • Super, 12id to 13id. Average, Hid to 12id. Inferior, lOd to lid. Low X-bred, 36/40 — Super, 12d to 13d. Average, lid to 12d. Inferior, lOd to lid. Hoggets:—■ 48/50, 14d to 1 Gd. Fine, 46/48, 13d to 15Jd. Medium, 44/46, 13d to 15d. Coarse, 40/44, 12d to 13d. Lambs’ Down—■ Fine, 13d to 19Jd. Medium, lid to 14d. Seedy and inferior, Gd to lid. Bellies and Pieces—■ Crossbred —• Good to super, lOd to 14id. Low to medium, 9Ad to lOd.
