SAVED FROM DEATH.
HEROISM OF DOCTORS IN STORM By Cable—Press Association —Copyright. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association, (Received March 21, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, Marcli 20. The heroic efforts of three doctors aboard the steamship American Trader, saved the life of a seaman named Dunn, and alleviated the sufferings of many persons injured, when a terrific sea struck the ship in midAtlantic, flinging the passengers and crow against the railings and bulkheads. Despite the ship’s rolling and plunging, the doctors performed a hazardous two-hour operation upon Dunn, afterwards setting the limbs, and binding up the injuries of the others. No fatalities resulted.
