Mr F. L. Wooles. Wind modorato south-east to northeast; weather cold and changeable, but fair conditions ruling. Dominion Meteorologist. Present indications aro for strong south-west to south-east winds; weather cold and changeable, with scattered .shower®, particularly in northern and East Coast districts, but a temporary improvement is probable soon. The barometer has a rising tendency, but is due to fall again shortly.
