The Berlin correspondent of the “Daily Nows’’ says it seems that the ox-Crown Princess Cecile, was responsible for General von Seekt’s downfall. She met him at a ball, and begged that Prince Wilhelm be allowed to have military training. General von Seekt at first was evasive, but yielded to pressure exercised by the Monarchist officers.
