Defendant deposed that plaintiff would not do a.s he was told to do, and was cheeky. gPu one occasion complainant went to defendant’s hut and was cheeky, and lie gave hint a cuff and a slight kick as he went. His AA r orship said he did not think the assault was at ad serious, and he thought- that it was administered more as a correction. He dismissed the case under section 92 of the Justices of the Peace Act. ■
