After a hot, dry spell extending over many weeks, light rain is fa ling steadily in many parts of the state. (Received March 15, 9.45 p.m.l SYDNEY. March 15. Light rain has fallen over the whole State, with e\;ery indication of heavier falls following. The end of the drought is predicted.
