New Zealand, Argentine, United States, Shanghai, Penang, Jerusalem, Rangoon and other parts were read at the tenth birthday of Toc -H., celebrated! at a great gathering at the Albert Hall, attended by the Prince of Wales and the Dominion High Commissioners. Padre Clayton appeared on the stage, and delivered a striking address, appealing for the extension of comradeship and helpfulness. The Prince ol’ Wales lit over thirty new Lamps of Maintenance, including those for Sydney, New Zealand and India. ,
