WORLD-WIDE GREETINGS. By Cablirt-Pmss Association—Conyright Australian and N.Z. Cable Association LONDON, December 20. Congratulations from Australia. New Zealand, Argentine, United States, Shanghai, Penang, Jerusalem, Rangoon and other parts were read at the tenth birthday of Toc -H., celebrated! at a great gathering at the Albert Hall, attended by the Prince of Wales and the Dominion High Commissioners. Padre Clayton appeared on the stage, and delivered a striking address, appealing for the extension of comradeship and helpfulness. The Prince ol’ Wales lit over thirty new Lamps of Maintenance, including those for Sydney, New Zealand and India. ,
