The Berlin correspondent of the ‘Daily Mail’ says sensational disclosures were made at the trial of a youth, Lohder (19), for the murder of a comrade, Lieut. Dammers, because he believed him to be a Communist spy. Tho two bolonged to a party called Volkische, which aims at purifying Germany of all foreign, especially Jewish, influence. Lohder lured Dammers into the forest of Tegel, on the outskirts of Berlin, and shot him. He had previously informed two members of the Reichstag, "WuHe and Kube, of his suspicions. They declared that such persons must bo destroyed. "When told that the murder had been accomplished, they appeared delighted.
j One witness startled the Court by stating that Dammers had confided in him that he had been ordered by the party leaders to assassinate Dr. Severin, Prussian Minister for the Interior.
