SPECTACULAR PAGEANT. By Toiegrapb—Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, Dec. 12. Fine weather prevailed for the celebrations held in Christchurch to-day to mark the arrival of tho First Four Ships, seventy-five years ago. A puncheon was held at noon to passengers who came by the Charlotte Jane, the Randolph, the Sir George Sevmour, the Cressy, the Castle Eden, and the Isabella Herous. Then followed a spectacular pageant, including a bullock-waggon, stagecoaches, and motor cars, representing old and modern ideas.
