NEW YORK, May 7

A Coroner’s jury in Chicago found that Mrs Shepherd, wife of William Shepherd, was her husband’s accomplice in tlie murder of 'William lUcUlintock, whoso 1,000,000 dollars tne Shepherds inherited. Evidence disclosed that the plot to obtain the fortune was hatched sixteen years ago, when ‘William Shepherd administered mercury to McClintock’s mother, causing her death.

The son inherited the fortuno, and then, in order to obtain this, Shepherd last December gavo the boy typhoid germs. The jury found that the accused had a guilty knowledge of both crimes.
