A cable message' from London announces that Mr Wray, the New Zealand • representative of the Rugby Union, was given a reception /it the New Zealand office, and presented with a silver replica of the All Blacks’ Cup. Mrs Wray was presented with a silver coffee service. Sir James Allen, the Hon. W. P. Reeves, and Sir Thomas McKenzie paid tribute to Mr Wray’s wartime services to New Zealanders, and also his services to football. Mr Wray, in his reply, that the English Union was gratified at the financial results of the tour.
