FATAL LIFT ACCIDENT. By TelP-raph—Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, Nov. 19. Alexander Johnstone, 69 years, married, a lift attendant at the Hereford Court Buildings, who was crushed in a lift on Monday, died this morning from a broken thigh, and severe internal injuries.
