MANY POSITIONS ABANDONED. By Cable —Press Association—Copyright. Reuter’s Telegrams. (Deceived 7.30 p.m., November 18.) MADRID, November 17. It is officially announced that 10,000 Spanish troops in Morocco have been withdrawn in good order from Sheshuan to Daracobba, ten kilometres distant, despite great difficulties, losing only three killed. The despatch adds that since General De Rivera became head of the army, 180 positions, which were .continually in danger of falling into rebel hands have been abandoned.
