Serious Charges. AGAINST MUSSOLINI GOVERNMENT. By”* Cable —Press Association —Copyright. LONDON, June 30. The “Journal of English Life” contains an article contributed by the late Signor Matteotti, charging officials of the Mussolini Government with treasonable corruption and disgraceful robbery in connection with land concessions granted. The Sinclair Oil Company, the article declares, and many leading Fascist conduct a widespread levy on private and semi-public enterprise, for the purpose of maintaining Faseisti newspapers and other organisations. He concludes that the Fascisms’ public actions tend to make Italy infamous throughout the world. MINISTERS RESIGN. By Cable —Press Association —Copyright. ROME, June 30. The King has accepted the resignation of Ministers of Public Instruction, National Economy, and Public Works. The vacancies will be filled by the appointment of two new Senators and one Deputy.
