Turko-Greek Negotiations. COMPLETE AGREEMENT REACHED. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSN. —COPYRIGHT Eeceived 10.30 p.m., July 9. LAUSANNE, July 8. A peace agreement has been reached. Ismet Pasha, after the meeting, told the journalists that an agreement had been reached on all points. He declared: “It is peacei.” A communique states that an agreement in principle has been reached on the three outstanding questions, namely, currency (in which interest on the Ottoman debt is payable), concessions, and the evacuation of Turkish territory.
