LENIN DYING
MENTALLY GOME. MOSCOW REPORTS. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSN.—COPYRIGHT London, March 31. The “Daily Mail’s” Moscow correspondent says that Lenin is already mentally dead. His right side, arm and leg are completely and his tongue partially, paralysed. A German specialist believes that by severing a small artery in the neck at the time of Lenin’s attempted assassination deprived the brain of its due flow of blood, and that fatal results are now accruing. • All agree that lie will not participate in public life again. The Soviet authorities keep secret the place where their leader is dying, and his sister acts as nurse. Lenin’s wife, an ex-Siberian convict, is a fanatical Communist. She served a five years sentence on a charge of attempting to establish a system under which the Russian youth would abandon Christianity and he trained as militant AtheistsOn the other hand, Lenin’s sister is a Christian and has arranged masses for the repose of his soul after death.
