Mr F. L. Wooles: Moderate to strong north, and north-west winds, changing to southerly shortly; fair, warm weather, giving place to further rain shortly. Dominion Meteorologist. Indications are for northerly winds, increasing strong to gale; weather unsettled and cloudy, with rain probable generally; falling barometer everywhere.
