Income —Members’ subscriptions £lB/ 4s Sd, interest on investments £1230 5s 4d, excess of expenditure over income £4776 18s Bcf. A balance sheet was presented as follows:—

Liabilities.—Accumulated fund at September 30, 1920. £33,011 9s 9d, lees excess of expenditure over income £4776 18s Bd, £28,234 11s Id: sundry creditors £l4 13s 7d; total £28,249 4s Bd. , , Assets. —Uncollected members’ subscriptions £337 2s fid, casji in hands ot branches £l9l Ss Idj cash in bank £129 (Is 6d; investments. The cliainnan read the report to be presented at the annual meeting, and this was approved. It was decided that the annual meeting should he held on I'nday, October 28, at 1.15 P-m.
