TYCIIO. There were nine householders present, and Mr W. A. Morrison was voted to the chair. The report and were adopted. The balance at the bank at the end of the financial year amounted to £.•34 1.4s Sd. 1 The committee's report rreferred to the loss the school and district had sustained in removals during the year, and expressed appreciation of the valuable assistance given by those who ha-o. left the district. The following w'ere elected a committee: Messrs J. F. Jamieson, J. A. McLeod. C. C„ McPhedran, J. White, and ,\Y. A. Morrison. At a meeting of the committee Mr Morrison was re-elected chairman, and Mr McLeod treasurer.
