Afghan regiments, with constable war material, have arrived' ab fort Bakdak. _ Two regiments hare arri\ ed at Weimarkotal and have occupied spurs within British limits. Three regiments have arrived at Alkliel. British concentration continues at Kliyber. ENGAGEMENTS AT FORT THAL. The British repulsed Afghan attacks at Fort Thai. Afghans occupied and looted a bazaar outside the fort. An aeroplane reconnaissance located thre'i thousand of the enemy near Thai, and bombed their camps with good effect. ANOTHER FORT CAPTURED. Wo captured the Afghan fort Baldak, opposite Chi man in Baluchistan, taking prisoner 169 and killing 320. The situation is satisfactory froin Khybc-r northward.
