PARIS. May 26. . Lallans and Jugoslavs have practically settled their dispupte on the basis of Italian concessions in the hioterland of Fiumo like those of Dantzig, pending a plebiscite after a few years.
The Italians nre still resisting Greek claims to the Dodecanese Isla7ids.
ALLIES' RUSSIAN POLICY.
The Big Four are trilling to recognise any non-Soviet Russian Government which agrees to convene a, National Convention and respect the now independent "corder States.
