The Ailies reply to Germany's Saar Note points out that the exploitation, of the mines is part of the general reparation., as well as for the destruction of French mines. The rep 13' denies that the inhabitants of the valley are wholly and assorts that control will not be by the Frenoli but by the League of Nations. Germany is also reminded that the inhabitants of the Saar Valley will be guaranteed certain Social and fiscal liberties, and lastly, with a view to avoiding misunderstanding, that if Germany after the expiry of one year after the plebiscite has not effected payments in gold the League of Nations may revise the reparation plan, perhaps liquidating imy outstanding amount with part of the mines.

Tho "Daily Chronicle's" Berlin correspondent states that it is announced on official authority that Germany will iiot_ sign the Entente peace terms in tHeir present form.
