REARRANGEMENT OF FLEET COMMANDS. Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn. Received 1.5 a.m., April 4th. LONDON, April 2. The Admiralty reports that Lord Jellieoe and Sir David Beatty have been promoted Admirals of the Fleet, in recognition of their distinguished services, in the war. Lord Jellieoe hoists his flag as Admiral of the Fleet in H.s Majesty's ship New -Zealand,and Adrniral Beatty hoists his in the Queen Elizabeth, tlie flagship of ' the Commander-in-Chief; of the Grand Fleet. The, Grand Fleet ceases to exist as such on 7th April, and Admiral Beatty will haul down the flag accordingly. . j As a result of this change, Admiral Sit Charles Madden is appointed Com-mander-in-Chief of the Home and Atlantic Fleets, Rear-Admiral A. C. l*eveston to foe Vice-Adiniral commanding the second-squadron of the Atlantic battle fleet, Sir Henrs- Fremantl© commanling the first"."battle squadron of the Atlantic Fleeti, Sir H. F.- Oliver, the Home ' Fleet, Rear-Admiral Keycs the battle cruiser squadron of the Atlantic Fleet, Rear-Admiral Edmund Grant to be first Naval. Member of -the Commonwealth Naval Board, and! Core mb dor e Dumaresq to be Commander of the Australian Fleet.
