The, Grand Fleet ceases to exist as such on 7th April, and Admiral Beatty will haul down the flag accordingly. . j As a result of this change, Admiral Sit Charles Madden is appointed Com-mander-in-Chief of the Home and Atlantic Fleets, Rear-Admiral A. C. l*eveston to foe Vice-Adiniral commanding the second-squadron of the Atlantic battle fleet, Sir Henrs- Fremantl© commanling the first"."battle squadron of the Atlantic Fleeti, Sir H.
