ORDER BEING RESTORED. Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn. LONDON, March 27. It was announced in the House of Commons that the situation on the Delta and in Cairo was quiet, and that Sudan -was not affected. General Allenby reports that only twelve columns aro operating in Upper and Lower Egypt. Mr Cecil Harmsworth, in tlio Hons? of Commons, said older liud been restored in 'Egypt.
