The chief of the Bed Guards: was mortally wounded. - Ships an ihe roadstead'opened fire oh. the town. The accounts differ "and it is not certain whether the Maximalists have taken the arsenal. BOLSHEYIKI AND' ROUMANIANS. Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn. WASHINGTON, Jan. 17. The Bolsbeviki are- threatening to arrest tho Roumanian king. The order has been signed. GERMAN TRADING BOOTH.
