Messrs Guinness and LeOren give a final reminder-that they are selling by auction in the Timaru Land Salerooms Ichis afternoon at .2 o'clock on account of 'the mortgagees a good ~four-roomed bouse, No. b Jj'lindors Street, near the Park. To-day at their rooms, Morton' and Pearson will sell on account of Mr G. Ayling (who is going into camp next week), three splendid motor cars: -a Ford, a Studebaker,' and a motor lorry; also two motor fcycles. The cars are in good order, and any reasonable trial Will be given. Also to be offered • is a fine, upright grand piano (Ronish), and aloft of first class furniture. The cars will he offered at 2 p.m., and the piano • and furniture at 2.30. ' A./ AVasher and Co. announce auction sr-Jes as follows:—To-day in the Mart they sell household furniture and sundries, too numerous to particularise; on the 3rd April, household furniture ar.d effects, bakorv plant, baker's carts harness and two horses, which include tho trotting horse "Bonification," also Ford delivery car oil account of Mr Ratdiffe o'f Bea~onsfield; on the 4fch April, two freehold properties on account of a client,' and a special sale of Easter poultry, for which entries, ore now being received. The freehold properties are well worth inspecting,, and will be sold under the hammeil; no reasonable bids being refused. Further particulars on application
