EFFICIENCY BOARD.
ADVISORY BOARD FOR, .■ . ST., ANDREWS.. A meeting of'farmers" of' the St. Andrews and Otaio districts was held in the Library Hall immediately alter the stock sale yesterday. Mr R. H Rhodes presided over an attendance of fifty farmers. ' Jn opening the- meeting the chairman Said that he had called farmers together for the purpose of setting up att Advisory Board for (that district to work under the Efficiency Commissioners. The committee when set up would supply information to the Efficiency Board. The following names were submitted to the meeting which would be handed on to a subcommittee of six to make the final recommendations to the Efficiency Board—Messrs J. Paterson G Lyall, D. S?towell,<J. Chamberlain, s' Higgmbotham, A. S. Elwortiiv, H. B. S. Johnstone, J. Eraser, J\ ,'J. Mel Keown, J. Hampton, T. Scott, T Lemro, R. H. Rhodes, P. F. O'Leary, S. P. Collier, R. P. Thompson, J. Ward' P. Ross, J. Drinnan and R. Fenwick The following were selected a subl committee to make (the final recommondntions—G. Lyall, D. Stowell, R. Fenwick, J. Paterson and R. H. Rhodes.'
