The Kokiri arrived''yesterday from Westport, with a load of coal for the Westport Coal Company. After discharge, she will load cargo 'fur Westport, sailing at noon to-day. The Orepuki is due to-morrow from Lyttelton. She w'ill iand a quantity of general cargo, and load produce for Wellington and Nelson, for which ports she will sail on Friday. . The Breeze is due on Friday , from iWedin. Alter loading produce' she will sail for Picton and Wanganui. The Storm is duo on April 2,v/from Dunedin and the Corinna is due on April 3. The Calm is duo 'from Dunedin and Oamaru, on April 4, and the John from the south on April 12. It is reported "that a vessel, once a small German oruiscr, will soon be engaged in a freight and passenger service under the management of a Japanese company. The German cruiser Planet (once well known in Sydney), was Belittled at an early of the ■war, while being chased by the Japanese cruiser Satsuma near Yap Island. She has boon refloated and converted into a merchantman.
