In the official casualty list the following South Canterbury names appear :- . - y Not severe cases-ir-Sergeant L. J?. Bishop (Timaru), and L. Sergeant L. V. Latimer (Timaru). Mrs J; McClatchy, William Street, has received a letter from the Hio-h Commissioner, dated Feb ! . 6th, stating that her* soqu Sisrnaller j. McClatchy, was then in the New Zealand Military Hospital, Waltori-on-Thames, sufferinofrom gunshot wound in the Tifrht foo£ and was improving satisfactorily.
