RUSSIAN REVOLUTION
OFFICIAL RECOGNITION. (Renter's Telegrams ; PETROGRAD, March 23. The English, French and" Italian Ambassadors conveyed to the Foreign Office their recognition of the Provisional Government and asked for a formal reception when Sir George Buchanaai, Brit'sh Ambassador, has recovered from influenza. WASHINGTON, March 23. The State Department has announced' its formal recognition of the new Russian Government.
