Association—Bv Tel.—Copyright LONDON, August 11 ' .Major Du'ndas White, Unionist, moved to report progress on the Revenue Bill, in order to elicit the Government's intentions regarding the agricultural land valuation clause. ,! Mr Lloyd George accepted tho motion, to give members time for reflection. He declared that if the clause were treated as contentious it would be impossible to pass the Bill. -"■ IMPORTANT INQUIRY. As an outcome of the circular letter to tho newspapers from many eminent medical men appealing for a royal commission on venereal diseases, the Prime Minister announced in the House of Commons that the Goverment was instituting an inquiry. The terms and tiie scope of it were not vet decided. ••
