AGAINST THE FEDERATION. Pes Pbess Association. AUCKLAND, August 12." At .the Supreme Court to-day, Thomas Walsh was awarded £SOO damages against the Federation of Labour for libellous statements contained in a pamphlet, "Tragic Story of Waihi Strike." The amount claimed was £IOOO.
