MEETING OF PROPRIETORS* Per Press Association. ROTORUA, Feb. 25. ine annual meeting of the Newspapers Proprietors' Association of New Zealand commenced on Thursday, concluded to-day, all parts of the Dominion being represented. Mr Selig. (the president) in his annual address reviewed the business of the year, arid the various phases of newspaper work. A considerable volume of business was transacted.
Mr Selig expressed his intention of not standing for the office of president, but at an unanimous request again consented and wris re-elected. Mr F. E. Hyman was elected vicepresident, and the following a committee Messrs Fenwick, Horton, Pirani Mcßobie, and Blundell; lion. seo. and treasurer, Mr H. Keats! It was decided to hold the next annual meeting at Qneenstown, proposals to meet at Christchurcli, Hokitika, mi Hnnnier being defeated.
