THE LONDON MARKETS. •Press Association-By Telegraph-Copyright LONDON, Nov. 8. .The British imports for October increased' by £1,906,000, the exports by £923,000 and'the re-exports by £519,000, compared with the. previous October. The wheat and flour afloat for the United Kingdom amount to 1,695,000 quarters, and for the continent to 1,740,000 ' puarters. The Atlantic shipments for the week total 378,000 quarters, and the pacific shipments 55,000 quarters. The total shipments to Europe for the week amount to 1,450,000 quarters, not including any from Argentine- or Uruguay. Silver, Is llsd per oz.
