Ward will.be entertained at luncheon by the members of the House of Commons on August 13th, Mr Catheart Wasqn presiding. On the occasion a presentation will be. made of the original signatures of the 400 members of the House of Commons which were appended to the cable message despatched to the New Zealand Government, expressing appreciation Tof the offer of a Dreadnought; Mr Asquith (Prime Minister), and Mr Balfour (leader of the dppositioh) will participate in -the proceedings. .
