During the debate on tbo ceusuro motion, Mr Donaldson, a member of the Aborigines' Protection Hoard, made an appeal on behalf- of half-caste children in the aborigines' camps, who lie declared are being dragged up amid bacl surroundings- and without a. chance of leading useful ljves. Last year 2152 full blood and 4781 half-easto aborigines were in New South AY ales. Compared with the year 1882, the full bloods showed a decrease of 4398 and half-castes an increase of 2-112. Til 13 GOVERNMENT SAFE. The censure debato is proceeding. Tbo Government are determined if possible to force a division beforo the House adjourns. A Government victory is assured.
