A MINERAL FIELD. Per Press Association. NELSON, Feb. 20. The "Evening Mail" is informed by Maginnity and Sou, solicitors, that a wealthy North Island syndicate represented by Sainsbury, Logan and Williams, of Napier, has acquired the option over the mineral area at Onekaka, near Nelson, lield by Mr T. A. Turnbull. Work on the area is being carried on, and it is expected that extensive developments are imminent. DREDGING RETURNS. DUNEDIX. Feb. 21.
