THE THAW CASE. NEW YORK, Jan. 18. Harry Thaw's application for a fresh inquiry into his .sanity,", was granted, but without a jury. Thaw has been tried twice for the murder of Stanford White, and found _gnilty of murder whilst insane. s He is an. inmate ni Matteawan Asylum.
