EATE OF THE DUMA. United Press Association —Per Electric Telegraph—Copyright ST. PETERSBURG, April 30. At a stormy meeting of the Duma, the Government asked for 459,000 recruits. The Minister of War remarked " You must, give us the soldiers," and quoted from the fundamental law showing that the Czar was empowered to raise six contingents, the same as in the previous year. It is believed that the fate of the Duma hangs on, the result of the debate, which was adjourned.
