Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, December 4. The Supreme Court granted decrees niaf in the following cases: —Sarah Andersen v. Augustus William Andersen, for desertion; Charles De Brotherton v. Mary Alice De Brotherton, for desertion; John Henry Parkinson v. Henrietta Parkinson and James Washington Wyl.ie, co-respon-dent, for desertion; Miabel Florence SmifcW v. Cyril Adam Smith, for misconduct, with alimony £75; Carl! Frederick Kutin v.. Adelaide May Kuhn and Patrick Henry; Casey co-respondent, for misconduct. WELLINGTON, December 4. Marion May Emrneris, charged with manslaughter of her illegitimato infant and concealment of birth, and fotind guilty, of tho Utter charge, was ordered to coma up for sentence when called on, the Chief Justice remarking that it was a very, difficult case.
